If you stop by newcastlecentric on a regular basis, you’ll notice we like taking photos of the city. We’ve begun adding our favourite images of Newcastle and Tyneside to Flickr, and over time we’ll be presenting galleries of special events we’ve covered on newcastlecentric.

But while it’s all very nice to share our amateur handiwork with the outside world, we use our own images to illustrate news stories all the time, so we’d like to see your favourite photos on newcastlecentric too.

- If you don’t mind us using your Flickr photos on the site, then please label them newcastlecentric - we’ll keep an eye out for newly tagged photos.

- If you want to keep an eye on where we’ve been, take a peek at our Flickr map.

- We’ve also created a newcastlecentric group, so you can add your photos to ours if you so desire. It also means you can add your photos to the group map, so we can see the city from every point of view.
